Subject:                         CONSITUTION OF REDRESSAL COMMITTEE ON ACCOUNT OF PROCUREMENT

                                                    It is notified for the information of all concerned that PMIU is carrying out all the procurements strictly in accordance with the prevalent rules and regulations. However, in order to make the procurement processes more transparent and more specifically to address the complaints of bidders that may occur prior to the entry into force of the procurement contract, a Procurement Redressal Committee as provided under rules/guidelines has been constituted by the competent authority comprising the following:

  1. Additional Project Director                          Chairman
  2. Deputy Director (Planning)                          Member
  3. Deputy Director (Coordination)                 Member

                                                TORs of the Redressal Committee

  1. Listen the complainant, record the objections raised
  2. Examine the record
  3. Give report on the findings to the Project Director for further action

2.        Any related person/bidder if aggrieved by any act of the procuring agency i.e PMIU after the submission of his bid may lodge a written complaint concerning his grievances not later than fifteen days after the announcement of the bid evaluation report.
